Our In-House Labs

State-of-the-art laboratories with modern testing equipment ensure the quality and safety of all products. With multiple manufacturing facilities, chemical and pathological evaluation is carried out to ascertain the quality of the products before being dispatched to customers. They all form part of our Centralised Quality Control Laboratory with modern imported instruments such as LCMSMS, GC MS MS, spectrophotometers and important microbiology apparatus.

Quality Control

An experienced team of scientists, technicians and qualified personnel operate round-the-clock to keep the quality of our products in check. By performing meticulous product analysis and strict evaluation, they ensure character and constitution in the output. This is supplemented by latest developments in technology and machinery, all made readily available to our team of experts.

Sensory Evaluation Laboratory

Sensory evaluation is a scientific discipline used to measure, analyse and interpret reactions to characteristics of food material as are perceived by senses of sight, smell, taste, touch and hearing (sound).

Based on the type of information they provide, sensory tests are divided into three groups – discrimination, descriptive and affective.

Chemical Laboratory

Our chemical laboratories can be utilised for sample preparation of spices and following sample protocol as per FIFO regulations. The laboratories are commonly used by spice cultivators and exporters, organic spice dealers, spice products and masala manufacturers and spice extract manufacturers. The labs also facilitate the following.
